Do I need an appointment?
No, just walk in. Both stores welcome walk-ins during business hours, Tuesday through Saturday, 10:00 am – 7:00 pm.
What do I need to bring?
Cash, a government-issued photo ID, and a Bitcoin wallet. No wallet yet? We’ll set one up with you in store.
How much cash can I trade?
Up to $50,000 per customer per day. Above that, our bank-wire and OTC desk handles five- and six-figure settlements the same day.
