What to bring
Most walk-in trades take under 15 minutes. You only need two things, and we can help with the second.

Photo ID
A valid government-issued photo ID: driver’s license, passport, or state ID. Required on every trade.

Your coins go straight to a wallet you control. Don’t have one? We’ll set one up with you in store, free.

Cash for walk-in trades up to $50,000 a day, or book the desk for wires and larger settlements.
