Before you visit

  • Bring a photo ID. A valid government-issued photo ID is required on every trade.
  • Bring a wallet, or don’t. Coins go to a wallet you control; no wallet yet and we set one up with you, free.
  • Cash up to $50,000 a day. Larger sizes go through the bank-wire and OTC desk.
  • Walk-ins welcome. Appointments are only needed for the desk and VIP service.

Do I need an appointment at the Stockton store?
No, just walk in during business hours. Appointments are only needed for OTC desk trades and VIP concierge service.
